"I’ve been been coming to this location for about a year now. All of the instructor’s are great. I especially love taking Bridget’s Monday class. I have brought both my mother and niece with me and Bridget was great with them as they were beginners. I also love that you can text them if you have questions about class schedule, memberships ect.. Front desk will always respond within a timely manner. I’ll definitely continue to be a member at this location."

"I stared taking classes at Club Pilates Lake Pleasant in May of 2022. Pilates has made me stronger, flexible, aware of keeping good posture and using proper breathing techniques. All the instructors are encouraging, supportive, they focus on proper movement, ask about injuries and ask if it’s okay for hands on correction at the beginning of every class. "I've been attending classes at Club Pilates Lake Pleasant studio since May 2023. Pilates is unlike any exercise I’ve tried. I had no idea how much I would love it and wish I would have tried it years ago like I said I would. Well, here I am at 55, after years of lifting weights, yoga, etc. and attending classes 5x week. I feel like the exercises and movements have made my body stronger already. I have more flexibility, I'm more conscious of my core and posture, I'm sleeping better and just generally more aware of how I am using my body. I love the studio. Every instructor is super helpful and makes sure to ask about any injuries or concerns. The studio is clean, calm and is filled with many reformers and props. The primary focus seems to be learning the movements properly, without pain, using props and modifications as needed. I never feel rushed, instructions are given in a clear, calm manner and I am totally supported. I love the group classes. There is absolutely no competitiveness and people move at their own pace. I highly recommend this studio and encourage you to give them a try."

"I absolutely love Lake Pleasant Club Pilate's. The front desk staff are so friendly, helpful and and greet you by name. The instructors are well trained and go over and beyond to make sure everyone gets the most out of their workout. They encourage and help you with modifications if needed so that each person has the best workout for them. The COVID-19 guidelines are followed to the letter. Very clean studio with well maintained equipment. I can't say enough good things about this facility. I highly recommend Lake Pleasant Club Pilates. Diana Burdzy"
