"We went for a trail class and the instructor gave us the waiver to fill out. The instructor knew we were there and never bothered to bring our girl out. The instructor said for level 1 to get out on the floor and failed to tell the trails to get out on the floor. We waited 30 minutes. We will not be bringing her here again. Poor communication and no actual "trail class". And if I could give 0 stars, I would."
"Called for a trial class and was told to come on Tuesday for trail cause there would be less kids. My daughter was one of 7 girls. Instructor shouted at all the girls. When my daughter would ask for help she would get yelled at. I tried talking to receptionist who was too busy having her hair braided to be bothered. Told if I wanted my daughter to improve I would need to sign her up for more classes. Horrible Horrible experience. If you take your child there I pray they won’t be hurt."
