"We went for our first time and had a great experience with Justin. He is the only yoga studio in Sierra Vista serving the special needs community that I know of. He was amazing with my son, patient, kind, supportive, and flexible in so far as he tailored instruction based on his immediate needs to karate chop the blocks. He knew exactly how to pivot the instruction to get him back. Highly recommend this studio and Justin."

"Talk about a yoga space that offers diverse, accessible yoga classes to the community! MYCC is a safe haven, a refuge, built with the community of Sierra Vista in mind. This studio offers in-person, virtual, and KID classes (family friendly is my jam) but most importantly offers support, love, belonging, and acceptance. If you’re even thinking of trying it out, just go. You can try your first class for $1!"

"So...am a dad, retired Army, fitness attempter, in my mid-60s, who has really grown to love yoga with Justin and his folks. My wife is a 5:30 am yoga person (the tougher stuff) where I am going primarily to stretch the muscles and maintain a sense of balance (physically and mentally). Justin is an attentive and positive instructor who says just enough to make sure you are getting what you want out of your yoga! Now I attend two times a week (except when there is beer yoga, then, although I don't drink beer,) I attend a third time in the same week. Fair price, great value, and just the BEST DARN PEOPLE!"

"New to the community, checked out a couple local yoga classes/centers and found home at My Yoga Community Center! The instructors (and community) are warm, inviting, knowledgeable, and forgiving (it’s been awhile since I’d practiced). I will be a regular here for sure! I highly recommend them no matter where you are in your practice or if you are totally new to Yoga. They have all the equipment one might need and practice is held in a conducive environment- a safe, peaceful and attractive studio."

"This a wonderful, welcoming community where you are only new once. The teachers are knowledgeable and attentive, making space for all levels without making anyone feel like they don’t belong. There are a variety of classes at all times of the day and even different ways to pay depending on what your needs are. I have tried to do yoga in this town for years. This is the first place that I think of as my yoga home. Justin makes everyone feel at home here."
