"I can't express enough how amazing this school has been for my family. My 6yr old started as a white dragon at 4. He was beginning to disrespect us and teachers. When we got him enrolled it didn't take long for the disrespect to slow way down. He's a growing boy and I know he will be disrespectful at times, but 2 years later and he is becoming such a gentleman. My youngest finally turned 4 and has started his classes. He's gunna be a tough one. He's the trouble maker of the family so I know this will help him out too. The instructors are all super friendly. As well as all the other parents. The studio has a couple events outside of class like picnics and it's always been fun to go and hangout with everyone outside of class/uniform. We plan on continuing classes for a long long time. "Absolutely love West Coast! Both my daughters love going to every single class, they're always excited and ready for class. The atmosphere is amazing, so family oriented and the staff just WOW! They are all phenomenal! They have incredible patience and overall just extremely wonderful with how they work with children. "My two children have been at this studio for 3.5 years now, and we love it! The classes are fun and engaging, and the instructors are professional yet personal. The black belt instructors are great role models, and I appreciate that my kids have such positive relationships with adults outside of our family. Besides learning martial arts, my kids have also made friends, which is always a plus! I love the schedule of classes that WCMA offers- we can go as many times a week as we want and it's not a rigid schedule, so we go whenever works for us! For our busy schedules, WCMA works perfect. "Eight and a half years and counting at West Coast Tucson. The Mixed Martial Arts model used here has helped my two boys find within themselves self discipline, confidence, respect for self and others, focus, coordination, determination, strength, agility, physical fitness, and of course, self defense. At this studio my kids have learned more than the curriculum they need to achieve their rank, they are constantly learning life lessons. It's the way Martial Arts is presented and expanded upon, to help in all areas of life. Fantastic instructors and a family atmosphere. Best part? Watching them achieve things they did not think possible, and watching them work hard and learn to be proud of themselves for those achievements. Oh, and having two teens who are 3rd degree black belts, makes mom pretty darn proud too."
