"I went to a birthday party there last weekend. The party area was small, but the gym was open for the kids to play. While all the kids had fun, the employees did a poor job of supervising the kids. They spent the majority of the time talking to each other and staring at their phones. It was only during the beginning and end of the party that they interacted with kids or enforced rules."
