Then you move to the Self Defense review series. AMAZING! Your child will learn self defense techniques that we all hope they will NEVER have to use, but are so very important and can save their lives. They continue to grow from there. Regardless of age, all will start with the basics. The team/teacher working with your child or teen is supportive, encouraging, and your child will receive one on one instruction when learning. All students are given a folder to track their practice times at home, and will be recorded weekly. They have fun, they become a team, they become a family.
