"Best gym in town, hands down. If you want a place with gym etiquitte that isn't full of selfie taking kids who drop weights on the floor to look cool this is the place for you. They have free weights, bands, boxing equipment, a cardio room and a tanning bed if you ask nicely."

"I'm in town visiting my parents for a few days and needed a place to workout. I needed access to dumbbells, barbells, plates, bands and various other items. This place has them all. This isn't a $200.00 a month Lifetime fitness. It's more of a gritty, old school feel. Owner could not have been nicer. Showed me around and told me to help myself. I did a body building workout and a 30 min crossfit metcon and had plenty of space. Highly recommend."
