"Lame! I just moved here and wanted to try out the gym, I called to ask about a day pass (I was expecting it to be free) and she told me $15 !!!! For the day !?!?! Planet fitness down the street gave me a FREE DAY PASS to try their gym."

"I wouldn’t recommend. Pros: The machines are pretty decent, and the hydromassage for premium members is a nice addition. Cons: the gym policies seem very predatory. You sign in the beginning to agree that you have to give a 30-days notice of membership cancellation. However, if you inform them anytime after the first of the month; you’ll have to pay an entire extra month. I called to discuss notice of cancellation on the 2nd of December, and they said I still have to pay for the entire month of January. This feels very deceptive and predatory, and I really dislike that they do this to get extra money out of your pocket. Additionally, the women’s bathroom is cleaned in the morning at 6am, and there are many people working out at the time. They close the bathroom for this and afterwards, it smells very strongly of bleach for hours after that. Not fun to finish a workout and have to go to a bathroom to be gassed before leaving."

"Clean and organized with lots of newer equipment and plenty of duplicates in the common sizes to be able to get your workout done without having to skip movements. Definitely recommend."

"Very good gym that’s open 24/7. It’s undergoing an expansion and hopefully more equipment gets added to it. Plenty of treadmills, elliptical, bicycles and step masters. Plenty of dumbbells but need more benches for chest but all in all it’s gets the job done."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I cancelled my membership in March due to moving out of town and when I called to speak to someone, they told me all I had to do was send an email. Now we are in June, and they are still charging my account. I called and spoke to Aaliyah who was very unprofessional and rude (obviously a trend of hers based on the responses on the other reviews). I told her that all I was informed when I called was that I had to send an email and it would be cancelled and she kept stating that I was informed I had to fill out a form and send it back. I advised her that if I would’ve been advised of that when I called that I would have done that, but I was not informed. I am a very busy doctorate student with an autistic child so I don’t have time to be checking my emails and again if I would’ve been told that upfront, I would have been looking out for the email, but I wasn’t! I asked to please refund the two month they took without my consent, and she refused. I told her I would be disputing with my bank and she threatened me stating they would send me to collections. Again, I am a doctorate student and a parent to a disabled child what kind of heartless person threatens a person with collections after it was their mistake. I asked to speak to the owner or anyone above her and she refused. If they needed a form to be filled and signed that is something they should’ve disclosed upfront on the phone call and not been sneaky trying to get more money. I wouldn’t recommend this gym at all they are so unprofessional and cheats. I hope they get the karma they deserve, and the business fails. I will also be contacting the better business bureau since the owners, according to Aaliyah, are too “busy” to talk to anyone. Oh and once I finish my doctorate and start working at Yuma Regional I will advise everyone there to not go to this gym. I will make it my mission that others switch from this gym if they go."
