"I HATE working out! I have tried YouTube, online programs, and apps to get motivated to get in shape. None of which I was ever successful with. I called Na-Koa to get more information about the classes they offered and was informed about the boot camp they offer. Needless to say I am now in my second boot camp because I loved the improvement I noticed after the first. I have more energy and have lost where I wanted to lose. Aside from working out the atmosphere and environment is friendly to all. Everyone is there to help motivate you and educate you on ways you can be more mindful about nutritional decisions. It truly makes you want to go workout."
