"I'm in agreement with another poster. We have been coming twice a week for 5 weeks now. Most of the instructors seem as though they are always on their phone not paying attention. They spend 30 minutes stretching and maybe 20 min on teaching with 5-10min doing whatever at the end. There is very little correction or spotting to help master technique. Frustrating. I am paying $120 a month and getting maybe 45 minutes total of non corrective instruction. I miss our gym back home on the east coast. At mid-level classes are 90 minutes each week allowing for a full hour of instruction from great coaches."

"Amazing atmosphere with very professional and friendly coaches. Highly recommend any and all ages with experience to come and at least try this out. This will be a home away from home. Just knowing that your children are being looked after safely and also having fun while being taught what they love to do. This is by far one of the best places in the area. It amazes me that this family takes the time out of their day to better not only your children but your community as well."
