"The whole experience at UH Tempe was like camping: I’ve been through no hot water, no running water, no electricity and no wifi. The worst things are AC broke down for 1.5 months during June and July, also kitchen sink got clogged for three months. In addition, when I want to move out due to the broken AC, they charged me $200 re-Marketing fee. Anyway if you love camping everyday, UH Tempe would be your number one choice!"

"If I could give this place 0 stars, I totally would. Firstly, the maintenance team is by far the slowest-communicating team I have experienced. I had a giant leak in my shower for weeks before anyone even communicated with me when it would be fixed. The elevators in Tower 2 are always broken, and the number of times I had to walk down seven flights of stairs with a 100-pound electric scooter on my back is well over unreasonable. Our washer and dishwasher were broken for weeks, our fridge leaked copious amounts of water, and communicating with the front desk was super challenging, as often times they would say "we're working on it" for weeks. The front desk staff had awful attitudes and would often yell at my parents on the phone when they could not understand them due to their heavy accents. The only staff member who always demonstrated an exemplary attitude was Morgan, the manager. For the amount of rent you are paying here, you can get a lot better treatment for less at other apartment complexes. If you are thinking about living here or even considering it, don't. Save yourself the time, money, and headache, and find somewhere that actually cares about it's residents."

"University House has a really good maintenance Team as of now, I know a lot of people said that the building doesn’t have good maintenance but now they have this New team and they’re pretty awesome. So the Supervisor Dustin over here had come up to my apartment twice I had the absolute pleasure of meeting him for some maintenance work around my Apartment and I must say, he is an absolute gem. Dustin not only fixed my drainer and dishwasher with incredible skill and efficiency, but his humble and sweet demeanor truly stood out. Their understanding of the issues I was facing and their willingness to go above and beyond to help left me thoroughly impressed. "I was helping my friend move in and we were running into problem after problem. First we couldn’t get in the room and then getting up the elevators was brutal and then the leasing office employees Jack and Tyler came and saw me in a distressed state and helped me above and beyond what I expected from other college students. I then came to the pool party where I was met once again with their smiling faces and they remembered my name and showed me around. All around awesome employees and even better apartment."
