"Dr. Secaur does a wonderful job with his work. However, he does not know how to keep things professional. During one of my visits I was talked down to in front of my mother, little sister and daughter. He even went as far as to tell my 11 year old sister "not to end up" like me as I am now 20 with my first baby. He asked about my marital status, said I should've finished college before having a baby (which obviously??) and said I should be an advocate for young girls and tell them NOT to have babies so young upon other things. I get where he's coming from, but NO ONE asked for your 2 cents on my personal life and I am NOT bringing my child to you for you to make me feel so low about myself. I couldn't even defend myself because I was so uncomfortable. So unprofessional and out of line! My daughter will not be seeing this physician anymore. His work is well, but I can find an equally adequate pediatrician who doesn't make me cry at the end of my visit. Call me sensitive but to bring down a new mom? Ever heard of postpartum depression? Do you even care about your patients, sir? He should be ashamed of himself and his words! Definite display of his beliefs and audacity to speak to women in such a fashion."
