"They are super friendly and patient with my daughter. Also took the time to talk directly to her on in language she can understand she's only 2 but smart. So glad I switched providers to here."

"The Eugie Avenue office waiting area is visibly dirty. Please regularly clean the walls. A pediatric office should be very clean and it was so dirty I didn't want to touch anything. The staff (especially the receptionist) could be more friendly. Last of all, the nurse practitioner I saw was coughing around my baby. If the staff is sick, I don't think they should work around kids and infants until they are completely better. In this office, I would be more concerned that my healthy kids would get sick if I took them there. On a happier note, I have gone to the Peoria location once and I am much happier with the staff and cleanliness of their office. I hope they continue the good work!"

"We went to the Glendale location and it was a horrible experience. My daughter sat in the fetal position in pain and they wouldn't see her until our insurance (which we had used there before) was verified. Then sat and giggled and kept looking over at my daughter and I. Patient forms out in full view with patient information on them, huge HIPAA violation. Place is filthy and the girl who put us in the room looked like her hair hadn't been washed in days. I worked in direct patient care for almost 20 years and would never treat patients they way we were treated that day. I will be switching pediatricians, as I have no confidence in this practice after 2 visits. Amanda the NP was great but not enough to keep me going back."

"As far as care went, we had a great experience! Dr. Hineman was very personal and took the time to answer all my questions- I never felt rushed or that she was in a hurry to get out of the room. She was very genuine and sweet with us! The only downside I have is that we waited SO long to see her. For a well check the whole thing took 1.5 hours and we were an early appointment. Which for an 18 month was a very long time and by the time she got in he was super crabby :/ I’m hoping it’s a one off or maybe it was a short staff day?"

"I was excited to register my newborn at this clinic after a pretty traumatic delivery which had my baby on O2 in the NICU. Big selling points were the stellar reviews and the advertised sick/well waiting rooms. When my husband arrived for our newborn visit with our 4 day old, we were pretty disappointed to find that this particular location doesn’t actually have sick/well rooms. Now, i am not a very picky person and I’d consider myself easy to please and not quick to leave poor reviews. The singular waiting room is filthy. I was overwhelmed by how dirty the waiting room alone was. I was willing to move past this, but we were brought to the private room where i was completely shocked to find was still completely filthy. I had to return for her 1 week visit, where it got even worse, as the paper on the table was left from the previous patient (i assume and this is best case scenario) and had been written on. I was expected to lie my 1 week old baby on paper that saw another patient. The countertop in the patient room remained with the same filth on Friday that we encountered on Monday, as well as the same torn up tissue box which now also has writing inside of it like the exam table. The pediatrician i saw was very kind and we did enjoy her as a pediatrician. She has incredible bedside manner and sent us home with formula and gave us stellar advice. She also arrived to the room in our first visit in flip flops, and this is unsafe and unhygienic in a medical setting. I can’t get past the bare minimum lack of cleanliness, especially in this new world we live in. Photos of notable grossness included."
