"I attempted to make my daughter an appointment. The call started off bad with the lady refusing to check availability at any other location. When I agreed to the only one available, she wouldn’t let me schedule until I paid a balance. A balance I had already paid at her last visit. As soon as I said “I’m not sure why it’s still showing when I paid at her last visit,” she immediately transferred me to the where I assume is a billing department. If you don’t want to be there, don’t be there. But interfering with the healthcare of a child because you hate your job is completely unacceptable."
"I loved the atmosphere and Dr was very friendly but really felt rushed through my daughter appointments. Was always asked if we had any questions but never looked more into our concerns. As first time parents we knew that babies cry but when I expressed my concerns about it I was told I had a gassy/colic baby. I was told that breastfeeding would have been best for her ( as if this was the reason she was crying to much and in pain which made me feel like a horrible mother ) but I was not able to produce as much so we had to supplement with formula and that all formula is the same and nothing would help. Was told to give her gas drops and gripe water, my poor baby. Switched to another dr to find out she has an allergy to cow milk protein. Switched formula and now she’s gaining so much weight and she’s been happy ever since! I just wished my concerns were heard."

"These guys are great if you have insurance. Otherwise it's all about the money. $80 a visit, but not with a doctor. That costs extra. After weeks of sickness, and multiple visits, just told to go home and the child will feel better later. We used to have insurance, until the previous administration made it disappear. What do we do now? These guys treat us very differently now. Is there any help out there?"
"Love this doctor's office I have been coming here for 6 years with all 3 of my children since they were newborns. Whenever my kids are sick they have appointments for the same day which is so convienent so I don't have to go to urgent care. No matter what doctor I have seen their they have always made sure to treat us well and have all our questions and concerns answered. I highly recommend this location."
