"Maybe she was having a bad day when she decided not to take me as a patient. She did however order X-rays and accessed my medical records, then sending me home on a Friday evening with no recommendations for pain relief. After experiencing a bout of planters fasciitis that evening, called her office for some advice and was told I hadn’t been accepted as a patient yet and wouldn’t be given a prescription for the pain meds my doctor (recently retired) had prescribed for years. Please tell me what kind of practitioner let’s anyone go through agonizing pain without a plan or at least a short term solution. Her office did respond the next day and suggested I go to ER or go to another practice. I’m happy to see that some of her patients have had good experiences with her. She also canceled my wife, who was her actual patient too."
