"This is the absolute worst doctor's office we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We have waited 3 months for someone to call back about sending the approval to the hospital for a simple procedure and they still screwed it up. They never call back, no matter what their central call center says. We have had doctor's call, the hospital tried and while we waited, my partner has lost 70% kidney function. They are absolutely worthless. Dont bother, do yourself a favor and find another doctor or find a good lawyer."
