"They are ridiculous. My boyfriend was supposed get surgery on Friday then they scheduled it for today and now they canceled it. All because they didn’t have authorization from his insurance. YOU guys should have had that weeks PRIOR to the surgery not day of the surgery. They are just being so unprofessional. I do not recommend this place."

"Christina’s browns MA-IRIS is extremely kind and on top of things and got back to me within 1 day when I needed my prescription filled early due to me having to travel out of state. I must say that normally I do not get a response back for at least a week and get ignored by this office. This was not the case this time. I guess it just depends on the person who receives the message. I thank you iris and Christina brown again for both being so kind and returning my message and getting that taken care of for me so quickly."

"I am four months postop, having complications with the infection. Call in to set up an appointment on Monday. The scheduler schedules me for Tuesday night 850 I get a call at 7:50 telling me that they need to reschedule me because Kylie Leffler doesn’t see anyone postop also had a good work done two months ago to check for infections and never got a call for my results Dr. Campbell did a good job on the surgery but they have poor follow through with all the techs in assistance"
