"I'm not impressed with UPS. I bought a product from Costco and it was shipped via UPS. I was notified that it would arrive between 4 and 6 p.m. on the 31st of January. I checked that morning and found that it had arrived at the Sierra Vista depot that morning. I waied patiently but it didn't arrive. The status never changed. The next day I tried calling only to end up with someone in a foreign country. They told what I already knew....that it hadn't been delivered. I took a drive 20 miles to the depot. They weren't a whole lot more helpful, other than to say that it appeared that it was still in Goodyear AZ. This morning, the info was updated to say it was in Jackson, MS and that I wouldn't get it till the 6th. That's some pathetic handling. I wouldn't be so upset if this was the only time this had happened.... But it wasn't."

"Why does this business embarrass itself over and over by replying to every negative review with the exact same message? Please tell your customers exactly how and when you used feedback to improve yourselves. Right now you appear insincere at least."

"complete gatbage. been arfuing w the corporate people for a week and a half. cant get ahold of a local person to even drive the hour to there warehouse and pick up my 2 packages MYSELF. mtchoice garbage on there website wont work and tech support didnt answer. everytime i call i get disconnected by there automated junk. DONT USE THESE IDIOTS"

"Previously, I had left a bad review as a dissatisfied customer due to issues receiving my packages. Since then, our local UPS has really made some drastic changes in a positive way. We now have absolutely no issues with receiving our packages. I have had a chance to talk with our UPS driver, and he is a really cool guy who is very friendly and takes honest care of his customers' packages. The man takes great pride in his job, and it shows!! Our Sierra Vista UPS location has really done a phenomenal job fixing past issues with honesty and integrity! I can not say enough about how honestly pleased I am with our Sierra Vista UPS now. Thank you, UPS, and thank you to our hard-working UPS loaders and delivery drivers! Yall bust your butts to keep doing better, and it shows! Thank you!!!"

"Great experience. Fairly new to Cochise County & new street address not yet listed on any mapping apps for directions, so I was picking up packages at this location when in Sierra Vista for other stops. 2h45m RT drive to this location. Staff always very helpful. During this time, Tracy went above & beyond, helping get my physical address pinned in their mapping system, which it has been for a month+. Our regular driver now is James, also a great asset to UPS."
