"Disappointing! Made reservations to have propane delivered over a week ago. She asked if we were going to be here on the day of delivery. We said we would be sure we were. Delivery day came and went. No delivery, no call. Called and left a message during business hours twice. No return phone call. Finally got someone to answer. Told them I had to take the motorhome to get filled because we were out. Canceled our order. They don't seem to care."
"No stars. I called as instructed with more than a week’s notice, arranged for service, gave my park and space number, put the sign in my windshield indicating I needed propane a day ahead of time. The truck drove right by me. I thought he might go up one and then down the other. No. He just left. I called immediately. Was told no, no delivery possible."
