"UPDATE: All (now 3) of my packages were IMMEDIATELY returned to sender. Tried to call this location and no one answers. F this place. I haven't even fully moved to Somerton yet and I'm already extremely disappointed in how mail is handled. I've had two packages routed to this location but they are closed. Why can't you just deliver to my house?!"

"My favorite Post office! The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Some more than others, however I have always received quality assistance. They do the best they can with the 1 or 2 employees they staff. Armando is very quick, helpful and moves the line of people as quickly as possible. In my opinion he should be the Post Master. He is always friendly and greets everyone kindly. I've only seen the Post Master once or twice in all the years I have been going to Somerton Post Office. He is the second Post Master in the past 20 years. Unlike the previous PM he does not step in to assist his staff when lines are to the door. The couple of times I have seen him walk behind the counter he has a grouchy look on his face, does not greet the customers, just very unfriendly. He looks like he would rather be elsewhere. Perhaps he doesn't want to be there. If that's the case grant his wish and move him out. My vote is for Armando to be promoted to Post Master."

"Some employees are nice some are not, why isn’t it open on Saturday to be able to get packages, why do we always have to get yellow slips to get our packages, why can’t they leave them in the key boxes, why can’t we just get our mail delivered to our house, this post office is the worst to get your packages, it’s always a mission to get them, I really dislike this post office service!"
