"Ordered 8 tacos all 8 came without lettuce I was the only one in the drive thru and I backed up for the timer as well as I used to work for a jack in the box so I don't understand why my order wasn't done properly as their was no rush"
"Dirty fry oil consistently plagues this location. Food is often inedible. I throw stuff away a lot from here, sadly. I wish we had more fast food choices in somerton. Staff are kind and polite but the food quality is not there. (Even for fast food)"
"This is a solid JITB restaurant. They usually make good fast food eats. Sometimes they forget not to add cheese to your burger or breakfast sandwich, but nothing exceptionally bad. I've personally never had or seen any bad interactions with the workers there. My only major gripe is that the oreo cookie shakes are always watery now. A few years ago they used to be a thicker milkshake. I have to stick it in the freezer when I get home to stiffen it up some because they're so watery. I'm not sure if JITB changed their recipe or this is how they're being instructed to make them for some reason."
