"My last 3 appointments were an example of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Last year after checking in I waited over one hour after checking in to be seen. Had an appointment scheduled for over 4 months. Called in to verify time and was told they left me a message canceling apps. Verified my phone number and reset appointment for 022924. Arrived and was told they had called and canceled and called me. No phone call or message on phone. When I spoke with manager I was told sorry but not their fault. TERRIBLE SERVICE FOR A HEALTH CARE PROVIDER."
"I had an issue with billing and called billing department and spoke with Demetrius. He was very helpful and promptly corrected the billing issue. Very friendly and professional. My hat off to him and greatly appreciate all his efforts."
"I had an appointment at 9 am I waited for 2 hrs and 45 min, when I asked at the counter they said that they where behind two hours, that the doctor don’t let the receptionist know he is behind schedule. They should let the patient know at arrival. A lot of people were waiting. Waste of time. I rescheduled and have to wait 3 months. Yeah right!!"
"This is the one of the worst eye doctor to go to. Who ever is in charge is doing an awful job. You wait more than 30 min just to get sent to the back to get your pressure and then wait for another hour to get seen. All while you see the doctors talk about schedules of other doctors instead of helping patients that been waiting for ever to see him. The most unprofessional place I have ever done too… Management needs to train not only them selves but the staff to work more efficiently and professional."
"The office was crowded. My whole time from check in to out of the door was about 1h 50m. The doctor was congenial, thorough in his exam and explained everything in detail. I never was rushed and was given the opportunity to ask questions. All the staff were attentive and friendly. The office being crowded was the only reason for the 3 stars"
