"It was a very nice experience the lady working at my sleep study was great she made the study a very pleasant experience and she made you fill very comfortable there. She knew her job very well. Oh and the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on."
"Started the process of trying to get a sleep study in early April. They would not schedule the study without a consult even though I had been referred, but had not been able to complete due to COVID shutdown. Took almost a month to get the consult, then waited 2 more weeks for the study. The study was awful, If I was able to sleep, it was only for moments at a time. They told me they would have my results in 7-10 days. 8 days later they called me to make an appointment to give me my results, three weeks later!"
"Overall a good experience. The study was nice and the rooms were cozy. Unfortunately they do not have an online account for patients so you cannot pay your bill online which is a bit outdated."
"Dr. Shah was very attentive to my needs and situation. I have suffered from insomnia as well as shift work sleep disorder for 20 years. He was very kind and understanding. He made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Including, sample medications and follow up visits. A+++ so far. Rome wasn't built in a day. My sleep problems have accumulated over 20 years. He is the first person that REALLY LISTENED to me!"
