Payne Junior High School

"I went to Payne last year and changed schools to casteel where I was originally supposed to go. honestly, I didn't have a great experience there. there was constant drama (the teachers aren't to blame) and the staff/admin were absolutely pathetic. last year my friend got into an argument with another girl and resulted in crying, she and I went to the counselor to talk about the situation and the next day nothing happened. Payne needs to understand that we as students go through things and just because we are 'kids' doesn't mean they have the right to treat us with disrespect. I'm going to be honest and say that the students at Payne are not nice and don't really understand how rude they are but so is the staff. my own parents have said that Payne needs to step up their game. even though Arizona is one of the states that doesn't get the most money for education doesn't mean that the administration can create an environment where people constantly feel victimized and disrespected at. it's wrong. and the whole #freecaleb thing, is pointless. if Payne won't let us use our voices, the constitutional right we were given, then we should stop. instead we should leave, go to a better school. I'm not siding with Caleb bc he had done things in the past but his entire life could be ruined by this. so Payne people of you are reading this, please step up your damn game and if you want to call my parents because my review upsets you then please call them and tell them I said hi :)"

"The whole #freecaleb thing has been handled by Payne staff extremely poorly. When suspending a person, there should be more thought and witnesses taken into consideration. Also, dress codes are given out way too often for no reason. Teachers are way too strict on no chewing gum and also no phones. Chewing gum is not going to harm anyone! The lunch food is decent, however they have recently raised the prices on everything! The teachers are the one good aspect of the school. This does not in include the staff! Me. Smith, the security guard is the most disrespectful person I have ever met."

"#freecaleb, he was accused for something he didn't do everyone said he didn't do it so don't you think you would believe all those people except one person, that does nothing. People get suspended for no reason at this school or just get in trouble for no reason. the staff treats kids terrible and probably make them hate school even more than they already did. and what's the point of suspending a kid like now he can't learn, what are you trying to do? because your not doing anything except stopping him from learning. why do we know how to handle this situation 10x better than the staff does, honestly get it together or you shouldn't be on the staff school isn't suppose to be this dramatic it's not the kids (not completely) that are causing it your suspend/punish the kids way to hard which starts drama cuz like caleb he has so many friends backing him up."

"I didn't realize the name of the school actually described how bad it actually is free Caleb and stop believing stupid liers like Paola and you can do what u want to us but were innocent and u guys just want someone to blame because u have nothing else to do except get ur 50 cent an hour income for yelling at kids and not do ur job mr bollard Mr whatever ur name is security guard and Hesooooos need to chill, cant wait till I leave P.S. This school is as trash as its lunch"
