"New to the area, but was so glad that Banner Health Center was close by to see my primary doctor. It was a nice facility with plenty of parking. Also the facility was cleaned and organized where you didn't feel frustrated going to see the doctor for the first time. Easy access and specific areas for each medical providers. Exam rooms clean and tidy. The provider I saw was John Hembry DO. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Address all my concerns I had for my first visit. His staff from check in to check out was also very nice and helpful. I had a good experience with my first visit there."

"I was charged a cash visit when I have insurance. Yvette became irritated when I went in to find out why the credit was not on my card after 2 weeks. She said I was rude from questioning why the office manager said it would only take 3 days. She would not discuss it with me. She said next issue. Good luck having them fix an issue they caused by lack of training at the front desk."

"If I could give this place no stars , then I would. Due to my disabilities I am unable to drive and so I have to schedule rides. Due to heavy traffic I was 10 minutes late but still within the grace period. I had to walk down a long hallway and it took me a little bit longer to make it because I have a hard time breathing which is one of the reasons why I scheduled my appointment. By the time the I made it to the check in window I was 2 mins outside of the grace period. I was told by the staff that the doctor was running behind and that they were going to cancel my appointment. This whole situation made absolutely no sense and my ADA rights were most definitely violated. I cannot help the fact that my disabilities make it harder for me to get around. I left home with more than a 30 minute buffer and I scheduled my ride ahead of time. The doctor was still with another patient at my appointment time and I was willing to wait. How is it that a doctor can be late and suffer no consequences but I am penalized because of my disabilities. I will be reporting this through all of the proper channels."

"Finally found a doctor accepting new patients! My whole experience was positive. All 8 of my concerns were addressed. Within 1-3 days I was contacted by all 6 referrals. I feel the doctor did truly care about my health. Everything went perfectly and I can now check off many items that I kept avoiding on my to do list."

"I had the pleasure of visiting the Banner Children facility in Queen Creek recently (Inside the Banner Health Center), located at "21772 S Ellsworth Lp Rd, Queen Creek, AZ 85142," where my main purpose was to seek pediatric care for my children. I was particularly impressed by the "C/ D" block, a newly added section dedicated exclusively to pediatric care. The cleanliness and hygiene standards of this facility are truly commendable. As a parent, it's reassuring to see such attention to cleanliness, especially in a medical environment. The doctors I interacted with left a lasting positive impression. Their genuine care and informative approach made me feel confident in their abilities to provide the best possible care for my children. One significant advantage of this facility is its extensive parking space, which eliminates the stress of finding a spot and allows for a hassle-free visit. A standout feature for me is the flexibility of appointments. I noticed that they offer appointments as late as 06:00 PM or even 06:30 PM (I recommend confirming with the front desk for exact hours). This is incredibly convenient for parents who work during the day and need later appointment slots. Additionally, the fact that they offer appointments on Saturdays as well adds another layer of convenience, accommodating parents with varying schedules. Overall, my experience at the Banner Children facility in Queen Creek has been overwhelmingly positive. The dedicated "C/ D" block for pediatric care, combined with the facility's cleanliness, caring doctors, ample parking, and accommodating appointment hours, make it a top choice for parents seeking medical care for their children in the Queen Creek area, including those residing in Eastmark Mesa."
