"The only complaint I have and this is true of other UPS stores is that the store hours were listed to open at 9am but no one showed up until 10am. This happens all the time and I don't understand why? Just list the hours to open at 10am but don't drag me out there at 9am to wait for an hour."

"TL;DR they need training on how to communicate with genuinely autistic people and a lesson in being kind and patient. Needed to get docs notarized so I went in and prefaced convo explaining I'm autistic and tasks like this can be challenging. She started like stampeding around the ups I think bc she thought I was lying about the autism and making fun of autistic people. The gentleman working with her asked her a question, I think to make sure she was okay and she didn't respond to him at all and just disappeared into the back of the store. She wouldn't notarize bc the format was wrong. Which was annoying but i tried somewhere else and they wouldn't do it also. So I think she was right. I signed the docs and needed to send them in the mail so I returned to the same ups and got the same girl helping me. She could not get the origin address correct. I very clearly said "Bolivar" and she turn the screen to confirm and it said "Boulevard" so I explained it was incorrect and we went through the spelling again. She turned the screen to me and it now said "Bolviar" instead of "Bolivar." I explained again it was wrong and we verbally went through the word letter by letter and she again turned the screen to me to look at and confirm and it was finally correct. So I raised my hands in the air as a funny fake celebration and said "we did it!" And this older gentleman working behind the counter said "we did what?" And I just repeated "we did it" bc it was quite obvious what we did. And he said matter of factly "SHE did it." And I just agreed and said "yep, she did it." She did it. And he did it. Fun experience for a person with autism."

"The young kind today, was rude. 4/8/23 And please UPS when you have a lobby of 12 people. A “Ill be with you guys soon? Thanks for waiting goes along way. Especially dealing with so many seniors! No manners, then as I waited to return my Amazon package, the women said he standard have a nice day, with no sincerity. I heard her make a comment your welcome to the next guest! Very unprofessional. Next time you should say thanks for waiting and actually mean it! No side comments weren’t needed!"

"My first time visiting this particular UPS Store. I had to return an item. Usually any other UPS store I visit and return an item they tape it up for me. This particular store charged me $2.12 to tape my package but didn’t tape it in front of me. I didn’t have time to stand there. I also wanted to be considerate of the long line that was out the door. Will never go there again"

"First time visiting this UPS store location, and it will be my last. The store itself is reminiscent of an unused cubicle in the workplace that everyone uses to store boxes of stuff and excess office supplies. It was not clean or well kept, and the woman working the desk was not exceptionally friendly. The reason I used this location is I was expecting a package I would not be home to receive. On the day the package arrived I received a call to pick up the package and that I would be charged a $10 pick up fee ($5 per package, I had two). I have never been charged a pickup fee at any other UPS store location. All shipping was paid at purchase, and this was a recommended shipping location with the retailer. No where on the site, in shipping instructions, in confirmation emails, or tracking and receipts with UPS was a pickup fee mentioned. If there had I would have ordered elsewhere as the fee would have put it above the cost of Amazon with free shipping. When I arrived they did waive the fee, but the whole interaction felt off, and a bit of a scam. This location is in Sun City and I have to wonder was the fee waived because I would stand my ground as far as having the shipment sent back, and some of the seniors in the area would be more than willing to pay without issue. Can’t say for sure, but hidden fees at pickup does feel like a bit of an extortion. I won’t be using this location again for the hidden fees alone."
