"Bottom line up front: best aviation course I have EVER taken. As a military aviator, you know you are trained to the bare minimum for success. This course helped to fill in some of those practical skills gaps. I completed their 11 day fundamentals course, and it was some of the best training I have ever attended. The Skyhawk was a blast to fly, the Baron was chill, but the Citabria took the cake. If you have never flown a conventional landing gear (taildragger) plane before, head this way. These instructors are the chillest, calmest, CFI’s I have ever seen. Calm, cool, and collected. Not a raised voice to be heard. If you want to learn in an easy, trainable, environment, come to FFI. I was only able to fly with the owner Mike once, and he was great, but shoutouts to Alex and Eric. Keep it classy boys. I hope to see you again soon!"
