The Tucson School of Real Estate is a premier institution located at 7290 East Broadway Boulevard in Tucson, Arizona, United States. Our comprehensive 90-hour course covers all aspects of the real estate business, from agency and property management to financing principles and ethical practices. The cost of the course is $500.00, with an additional $100.00 for two professional books, totaling $600.00. Payment can be made in cash, checks, or money orders, with the option of a 50% upfront payment and the balance due in 30 days at no additional cost to the student. An additional six-hour contract writing course is also required for $50. With a curriculum that includes chapters on real property law, real estate contracts, and environmental issues, our program prepares students for success in the real estate industry. "There are only 2 real estate schools in Tucson. Hogan's and Tucson School of Real Estate. This is the difference. At Hogan's you have large ( about 15-20 people) at TS of Real Estate you have 2-4 people in class. Also in Tucson School of Real Estate you can start Any day of the week. You can pop up in class and start your 93 hour journey (3 hours at the time). No such a thing in Hogan's. The instructuctor and owner is Frank Ferst is very patient and understanding. He recognizes your individual schedule. I am so happy I found this school!"
