"Purchased a set of foot pegs for my son for Christmas. Did not get around to installing them for a couple weeks and they were incorrect. I contacted the company and they said because it had been 30 days, there was nothing they could do. Horrible customer service, apparently they are not very proud of their products, I wouldn’t be either. Response to owner: the fitment guide says this should fit the bike in question. I was not asking to return, I just wanted the correct parts. Out of the 8 reviews I have left businesses in google, 6 of them are five star positive ratings. I would give your company a zero star if it were possible. Your people are rude on top of it all. What a horrible representation for the powersports industry."
"This is the third bike I’ve I ran these floorboards, pegs and levers on, and I can’t say enough good stuff about them. Built to last … just got a new set for my new bike. Can’t wait to get them installed and take a road trip."
"I ordered floor boards for my harley and the V2 pegs black. The colouring is off when they finally did arrive I had to pay $263 for duty… hope this helps someone they said I can send it back but then I would have to pay for the shipping which was $220 and $100 re-stocking fee and then my duty charge again really disappointed in their piss poor customer service"

"Harley floorboards allow my boots to travel, and I was constantly readjusting my boots…not anymore. The Flo floorboards, shifter and break lever have very aggressive cleats that hold my boots exactly where I place them. Perfect for what I wanted…if you are having the same issue, I would highly suggest grabbing the entire set of Flo Products for your Harley Cruiser!"
