"Lesley quite honestly saved my life. In a time of trauma, and severe issues with day to day living I was pulled back together piece by piece. My system was in fight or flight, and I met with Lesley weekly in the beginning to begin to build my tool box for improving my daily life. I am amazed at the complete turn-around I had, and there was sincere compassion I received. She is extremely smart in understanding the situation, and what is best for the client even including the suggestion to try EMDR therapy from another therapist for intensive trauma treatment. I overcame many fears while in my early months of treatment with her. Would highly recommend!"
