"As a man, I never imagined that pelvic floor physical therapy would become an integral part of my journey towards optimal health and well-being. However, my experience with this specialized form of therapy has given me my quality of life back. I had complications from a hemorrhoidectomy that cause me to have fissures with nowhere to turn for help. I finally found a caring surgeon that recommended pelvic floor PT in order to fully heal my bottom area. As soon as I reached out to Moment of Truth the whole staff from Megan, Amy, and Emily were so comforting and confident they could help me. The only regret I have is not finding them sooner. If I had known about this therapy earlier I most likely would have never needed surgery in the first place because they relieve the tension that causes these nasty things to come out when things are "tight" down there. "I haven’t had physical therapy here but I have taken many of the yoga classes here, fascial flow & aerial yoga are my favorites right now, and the instructors here are so good and patient. Very cozy and inviting environment! I’ve also had a couple massages with Courtney and she is the best! I was pretty sore and stiff after a hard bike ride and Courtney knew what my achy hips needed. After a 90 minute massage, my body felt so light and relaxed. I highly recommend Moment of Truth PT to help anyone feel good in their body!"
