"I would highly recommend Sonoran Science Academy East. We have been apart of the SSA east school for the last nine years and have had amazing teachers. The schools staff is very supportive and they place the child’s education at the highest priority. The school provides great before and after school clubs/programs. Our children have formed bonds with their teachers that have made an impact in our lives. For example Ms. Menning (3rd grade) supported her students by attending sporting events outside of school. She demonstrates a passion for teaching and academically enriching her students. Amazing at breaking material down so the students understand it. Extremely patient, supportive and finds what truly motivates each individual student. Great at building confidence within the classroom and making learning fun."
"We have had great experiences academically, with administrators, teachers and handling behavioral issues. We have seen vast improvements on my child’s education, drive to learn and personal growth expectations. They do not tolerate bullying; and they hold my child accountable for misbehaving. Behaviorally, they have provided resources to my child to help grow into a respectable person and make better decisions. The teachers are very caring and take the time to get to know the kids; they provide a caring and loving environment. The administration has been superb to work with and are extremely supportive. I have been so pleased from pulling my child from TUSD into SSA East!"
