"My wife and I purchased two Pedego bikes in December 2023. The manager, Shawen, was very helpful. His knowledge of the product is vast. He was patient. He let us test drive the bikes and gave us excellent advice on the accessories. We could not be happier. I researched E-bikes for a few years. Pedego is not the least expensive option in the market. But it might be the best value. They are built to last. Again, I cannot say enough about Shawen and his dedication to biking and to customer service. I HIGHLY recommend this store if you are in the market for an E-bike. Lastly: They are a BLAST to ride. I am 65 years old and my wife is in her late '50's. If we can do it, so can you.
