"I went into Best Buy on Litchfield. I was looking to buy a sound bar for my Samsung TV. I looked at different sound bars, it would have been nice if a salesman came over to tell me differences. But I looked around at all the sales people standing at the front door I guess they stand around for decoration. I’m so sick of the laziness of all the people that just stand around looking at their watch to see what time they get off. I don’t even know how they stay in business. I left what a joke."

"PROS: Always excellent service, very good at having plenty of items on hand. CONS: The biggest issue is their parking. People park in the spots that are reserved for pick-up, leaving others continuously circling around. Or people just sit in those spots waiting for others to shop. Yes, I personally witness this."
"If 0 stars was an option I would choose that. Bought a $900 tv Friday evening. Installed it Saturday morning to find that is complete broken (picture shown). Called support they said to bring the TV into the store and they would replace for me. Took the tv in and the manager said there was nothing they could do and that I would have to contact the manufacture. So basically I’m screwed out of a $900 TV that I bought BRAND NEW. Absolute joke of a store and as a fellow business owner I’m honestly sad at how little these large corporate companies give any concerns to customer satisfaction."
