"This shop is great. I'm a snowbird who comes to Tucson most winters. I have an Ibis Ripley AF that I bought elsewhere, love that bike. I definitely recommend it. I first dropped into Copper Spoke in winter/spring 2023, to ask some questions about changing out the tires that came on the bike. I was treated very courteously, even though it was almost closing time. Fast forward to 2024, and I found myself back in the shop, and again being treated extremely well. A+ treatment. This led to me asking questions about a wheel upgrade, and getting thoughtful responses. Ultimately, I bought some carbon wheels by Roval (Specialized), and I think they are fantastic. My experience here has been great, and I appreciate it."

"Unfortunately even careful attention doesn't make you a master. I have a gravel bike I've paid close attention to and knew it's nuances, but as soon as Copper had it in their hands, they could feel things were off. Turned out I was missing a spacer in my wheel and it was rubbing the caliper. The front brake failed without me on it (and not going down Mt Lemmon), so these guys not only saved my time, they saved my bacon. I'd go back in a heartbeat and would recommend anyone who believes in the sensitivity of a pro to suss out what's wrong. They got me up and down safely, and I can't thank them enough for it."
