"Greg and Ashley are always so helpful. They make sure that I have the right products for my pool and answer every question I have about the proper way to use them. If I have a mystery situation with the pool they take the time to track it down with me. I always feel like it's a team effort when I go for supplies at Leslie's. I just wish that their company heads would send some actual IT folks to the stores to fix the equipment so it doesn't constantly go haywire on them. You can't fix that over the phone all the time people..."

"Had an issue with this store for a creeper they were to fix. I was greatly dissatisfied in the beginning but Olivia, the Manager corrected my issue and followed through with phone calls and constant assistance and steered in the right direction for my pool fix. She did this not because she had to...but because she wanted to. She made a bad situation a whole lot better. Have an issue? Go see Olivia Leslie's in Rita Ranch"
"We paid for a used pool at this location on March 16 2021 for a 10 percent discount. We were told that this pool was never used and has been at that location. Once we brought the pool home we noticed the boxes were tore up with plastic wrap keeping the boxes intact. The screws were in Ziploc bags and tool marks on the frame made it appear the pool had been previously put together. Nevertheless, we were able to put together the pool even without the instructions that were missing. We realized at this point we couldn't fully complete the pool because we are missing 6 screws, a top plate, the corner caps for the top rail, and the ladder all of which we have already paid for. We have contacted the store and the workers there have been pleasant but we have yet to be contacted by or have been able to reach the supervisor. We have also not received the top plate or our ladder as of now June 1st."
"Purchased a new pump motor to replace one that it only lasted one and a half years. The motor ran about 10 minutes and then stopped . I When brought into the store they couldn't replace it for 4 days because of untrained personnel and lack of commitment to customer service. I would never deal with them again."
