"very efficient and friendly process. Took about 1/3 the typical time to complete the process of getting glasses. Priced at half what I usually pay and will take about half as long to get the glasses. Sales associate was very helpful in getting the right frames. Optometrist was excellent. My wife said this is where she will go when she needs new glasses."

"I went in for an eye exam and to get a new pair of glasses. After my exam I started looking at frames. I quickly started to narrow down my selection to what I liked. It was busy and I was just helping myself. I had been asked if I needed help and at the time I turned it down thinking I was fine. After a bit, I became confused and overwhelmed.
