"Says they are open at 9 am on the web and in the store window. Stopped by at 9:20 AM and it was all closed up. Not sure when they open but that is really annoying."

"I took my bike here for a tune up and new tubes, the tune up part was done and workmanship was ok, I also them to inspect the tires and install new tubes. they installed new tube @ $24 each. I picked up the bike and rode it for 3 miles both tube blew out (both valve stems were cut) I returned to the shop thinking they would fix them free. Well $48 later and new tubes I went for another ride and 2 mile later flat tires!! Rather than take it back to this store I went to another shop on Pima St. they looked at the bike and told me I needed new tires to stop the problems. go to a good bike shop the first and save some money.."

"If you're trying to repair you're bike yourself or trying to ask questions about bikes in general this is not the place to go and ask questions. The man that works here is extremely rude and impatient. Wouldn't recommend."

"After numerous flat tires from riding near cactus thorns and glass in the city, I brought my bike here and the gentleman put a special liner on both tires on the spot and several weeks later I'm flat free!"
