"I traveled to Tucson for a cycling vacation and my DI2 cable was damaged. While another bike store said it would take a week to get the part Bicycle ranch had it in stock and replaced it immediately. They also helped me trouble shoot hydraulic disc brake problems my home bike shop couldn’t fix and again had the parts. Their prices were very reasonable and the staff very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They clearly take pride in their work and treat customers with respect."
"Bicycle Ranch has the best mechanics in Tucson. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and don't overcharge you or talk you into extra and unnecessary work being done. I bought a bike there in 2019 and even though a Giant dealer is minutes from my house I drive 45 min to have BR do all the repairs I can't do."

They helped me out -when other bike shops in Tucson would either not answer or were lazy about answering, Bicycle Ranch ordered exactly what I was looking for, I didn't have to prepay or go to the shop in advance (a big deal for me because I live some distance from them and work during the day) and charged a fair price! P.S. The seem to be the only place that can order SERFAS tires locally in case you are looking for those."

I arrived in Tucson needed missing Thru Axle Nut which was very difficult to source two days before #ElTourdeTucson They were able to coordinate with another bike shop to get the part delivered to their shop and then to my hotel. Without their willingness to help out all that training and travel would have resulted in me not having the enjoyable bike ride that I had prepared for many months Thanks for getting me to the start line.
