"Call from out of town for a specific item. Clerk said yes they had it and I drove an hour and a half to get it... Same clerk pulled it off the wall and realized it was not what I was asking for and he said sorry wrong one... So wasted half a day for nothing..."
"I purchased a rifle today for $1000, put it on my debit card. The rifle was supposed to come with 1 mag and a soft case which they could not find. I decided to not take the gun since it’s useless without the mag. They told me they could not give me the money back on my debit card because their system was not set for that and my only option to get my money was to wait 10 days for them to cut me a corporate check which would be sent to my house. Absolutely ridiculous way to do business, I feel as if my money has been stolen from me, they take it and within 5 minutes of the transaction ending there is no way to refund my money. Beware of these business practices."
"Went for targets, came back with clp, ear pro, and a holster. Nice selection of products, and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Didn't get the guys name but he helped me pick out and choose a holster with excellent recommendations and advice! Will definitely be going back and would recommend this shop."
