"I purchased what I was told one of their higher end pumps 2 years ago. It broke down the first year and now again the second year. I had someone come out on December 16th and said they had to order parts. I hadn't heard back after 10 days so I contacted them. I was told by the manager Jesus that there wasn't anything in the notes. He then preceded to tell me he would contact the technician and call me back. I never heard back so I called and spoke to an associate who then said he seen the part was in but he didn't know what was going on and that he would find out and call me back. Once again no call. So I called today and the associates told me he doesn't know how to schedule technicians and his manager is on vacation until Tuesday and that his manager said he would take care of it when he gets back not a high priority. Excuse me? It has now been 15 days and Tuesday will make it 18 days with no pump. This is the WORST store and customer service that I have ever experienced. I will Never purchase anything from Leslie's again and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone."

"I have been visiting this Leslie Pools for 2 years every week almost to get my water tested: Jesus and Jessica are fantastic and have always been helpful and honest. I don’t have a pool company or a pool water test kit at home and rely on them to make sure everything is balanced and I have had balanced great chemistry because of them. They only recommend what is needed to get the pool water in good shape! The reviews from 5 years ago are not today! I highly recommend them!"

"Been using this location for 3 years, staff is already friendly and helpful. Definitely like the new rapid water test system they've installed in the past 6 or so months. The step-by-step instructions printout is very informative and handy for the DIY pool owner."

My biggest issue with Leslie's is their considerable markup and I'm frankly amazed they can remain in business with prices at 30-60% higher than online retailers. I guess if you can't wait for shipping, this enormous premium is acceptable?"
