"I could not believe how attentive the staff was to our needs, and we were VISITORS, not patients! They understood our pain as a family and helped us understand the process of hospice. They are clearly a team in perfect sync, working together to serve their patients and families. Everyone on their team, from the front desk to the kitchen to the administrators, took time to greet us, and it was evident they knew our situation and offered to help. The facility is CLEAN and tranquil. We spent all day every day at the facility and on each shift the staff demonstrated professionalism and cheerfulness along with a willingness to stand beside us in our hour of need. I cannot thank Haven enough for their compassion."

"My mother-in-law was in Haven Health. I could not believe how HAPPY the entire staff is each and every day. They remembered our names, greeted us, allowed us to ask questions, gave us space to be together as a family, and made sure we were well informed on everything that was happening. The residents were HAPPY and active, interacting with staff, and participating in activities like art, games, and enjoying the outdoor space which is one of the highlights of the facility, with water features and plants, complete with a bird enclosure with several birds and bird houses. It is a tranquil facility. It is a testament to the hiring officer and the culture set by management because the vibe of this facility is so joyful. I have visited many nursing homes, assisted living centers, rehabs and hospices, including some very high cost facilities, but the spirit of Haven makes it second to none. I appreciate all of the staff and the way they accommodated our family during a time of crisis. They went out of their way to make it a positive experience."

"We recently placed our mother (233) at Haven of Green Valley under the services of Hospice. I have to say that the friendliness, professionalism of all the employees (Nursing, Dietary, Housekeeping, Admissions and Administration) was far and beyond excellent. The care that was provided to our mother during her last moments was away and beyond. Not knowing much about Gentiva Hospice made me hesitant and I must say that they are caring and supportive in such a special way. The time they took to speak with us and their professionalism was wonderful. To see so many caring staff has brought peace to myself and my family. There is not enough words to express our gratitude and appreciation."

"The facility is friends and clean. Their courtyard is full of vegetables and some pet birds which is nice. It’s the only skilled nursing in green valley so to some degree there might not be a lot of choices depending on your area. However as far as skilled nursing facilities go, it presents efficient with a tidy atmosphere. When I am in the halls the staff is helpful when asked for the most part but it is after I had to hunt them down, not because they greeted me independently. The aides and house keeping smile and greet me, the administrator and higher up people hardly acknowledge my existence. The safety protocols seem to be efficient and in place other than that the check in tablet isn’t wiped down after each check in."
