"If your child doesn't take a nap they will call you to come pick them up instead (which they don't care if you are working or not) even thought with every other daycare that knows not all children are going to sleep, and works with them to keep them happy and busy. My daughter would ball her eyes out saying please don't make me go there. DO NOT USE THIS DAYCARE! Hope this helps because my daughter has changed daycares and has had 0 issues."
"Please don’t send your child here. My daughter came home with unexplained bruises and bite marks. The issues have been addressed to the daycare but it only became worse. My child has begged me not to send her back because “they don’t like me there” she’s 4.. a child should never feel left out or not included. They send her home with notes because she had started “fighting back” my child is a child of color and from reading these comments it tells me that could possibly be the reason. The world is scary enough I shouldn’t have to worry about my child at DAYCARE being bullied and teachers doing nothing to help or prevent it. She also said the new teacher is very mean and yells often. She says the big one with brown hair… my child will not be returning here."
"Happy Trails takes such good care of my 2 year old daughter. We brought her in after a more "budget friendly" day care had provided less than satisfactory care. Seeing as what the staff has done to care for her, and the other children, there is no other place to take your child. They do water play days in the summer, apply sunscreen, amd that is above checking your child every hour for wet or dirty diapers. Happy Trails can not be beat by any other day care facility in Yuma!"
"My son has been attending for 2-3 years now. They offer transportation to school and summer care. My son enjoys water play, movies and field trips. All of the staff have been professional, knowledgeable and helpful each step of the way. I can email the owner or staff to get a response quickly if I have questions or changes in my sons care. I do recommend Happy Trails daycare."
