THE ENTIRE TEAM at Amerischools North made the time to get to know my kids and our Family, regardless of whether my kids were in their classes or not, which made the time that they spent there all the more memorable. "AmeriSchools North was my home for 2.5 years where I had the pleasure of teaching 3rd and 4th. When I moved to Yuma I did not have any friends or family near by, but that soon changed. The staff and students at AmeriSchools are one giant family and they welcomed me with open arms into their family. I learned so much during my time their from the wonderful educators (Mary LeBrun, Ray Farley, Robert & Hillary Martin, Ms. Parker, Ms Meyers and Linda McCormack to name a few) that call Amerischools their home. The teachers are highly trained and are constantly being encouraged to pursue new educational techniques as well as attend a variety of professional developments. If we ever get the chance to move back to Yuma, my boys will be enrolled at the school. I highly recommend that you swing by the school where you will be greeted by Ms. Celeste and from there you will see why this school is a truly wonderful."

"At 1st when my granddaughter started going to School there they were very passionate about taking care of the children, make feel secure and had very friendly staff. Trouble started when some kids took my granddaughters book and started tearing pages out and she refused to let them and they were pestoring her so she retaliated by yelling and screaming. The superintendent was there that day and decided that her behavior was unacceptable. However instead of helping us to find some way to help my grandchild they literally kicked her out of school and said she was not welcome back indefinitely without any suggestion so to where we can get help with behavior disorder. I told the principal that instead of helping, they failed and had no idea how to help us because I asked . She didn't know where to direct us to get the help we so desperately need. I hope in the future that if any other child behave the way my grandchild did , any disruptive behavior that the principal or even the school district superintendent would know how to help that child and her family. Very disappointed with our school system."
