"We had a wonderful stay at AZ Rox 3! We flew to Arizona for my college graduation and we couldn't have stayed at a better place. The location was convenient, the condo was wonderful, the bed was so comfy, felt just like home! Thank you for a wonderful experience!! If I ever find myself in the area again, I would definitely want to stay here! Thank you, AZRNR!! "The condo that we booked was extremely clean and very inviting. It was obvious to us that the unit had been recently updated with new flooring and appliances. The cupboards were well stocked with everything you would need for meal preparation. A nice welcoming touch of various snacks found in a basket as well as the managers business card put a smile our face. We would readily book this unit again if we were in the area."

"We absolutely LOVED this place. The open areas in the house (3) were perfect for small group conversations. The house was clean, felt large and very open. Our granddaughter loved the playhouse in the back yard. The kitchen supplies were more than we had seen at other places -- even included a griddle!"

"The house is lovely, well equipped and clean. The pool was a treat and was warm enough for the kids to spend a lot of time in it despite relatively cool temperatures. Some things to know.... This house is very far away from places you might want to go with kids such as splash pads, big playgrounds, the zoo. 45 minutes from the nearest Costco. Before you book, look where Florence AZ is on the map compared to things you want to do. Be prepared for time in the car. The thermostats need to be adjusted. The air conditioner was kicking on to drive the temp to 65....brrr.... Water toys are all busted. We threw away a couple that would not hold air but the whole bin should be tossed. If you are renting and want rafts, etc bring your own. The ice maker was inadequate and it was a cool week in March. We ran out of ice every day. If you are renting you will need to buy some unless that gets replaced. Lots of knives in the kitchen but they need to be sharpened. Your move in instructions should include the location of the community pool pass and a list of community resources such as playgrounds and pools."

"Our stay was exactly what we were searching for and found with AZRNR! They were very prompt with answers to my questions, and accommodating with my requests. We loved our condo, it was well stocked, clean and exactly what was described in the listing. We were able to make our favorite breakfasts and snacks with everything you need in a kitchen. The two large TVs with all the entertainment you could possibly ask for was nice to have available. The property was also very secure and had a beautiful pool/hot tub in the main area. The condo's balcony was a perfect stop to relax and enjoy the beautiful palm tree right in front of it. I would definitely stay here again in the future!
