"I recently changed PC due to my PC retiring. I like Dr. Anderson and his staff for our in office visit. My frustration is trying to get a RX transferred and needing pre-approval. As of today it is 2 weeks to get it done. I am now calling the Insurance company to see if the Dr. Office as called them. I visited the office yesterday and the office staff told me I was first on the list for them to call the Ins. company. Today I called in and they were doing it today. The insurance company does not show any calls yet. I am on hold for right now with the Ins. company. So, is it the Ins. Company or the Dr. Office. It is the Dr.Office, no authorization called in so far."
