"This was our favorite activity during our week in Utah! We planned lots of things ourselves, but Wild Utah Tours introduced us to areas we would have never otherwise seen. I experienced some mild elevation sickness and Shanti handled it so graciously and professionally. She is the ultimate tour guide and coached me right through it. She is prepared for every situation and adjusts the tour accordingly. She introduced us to several local businesses, including what my husband calls “the best pizza of his life.” I recommend Wild Utah Tours to anyone traveling to the area, regardless of how many times you’ve visited. You are sure to see something new, have fun, and experience the BEST service ever."

"We did a guided hike with Shanti and it was simply awesome! She shared her knowledge about the area, about the local plants and geology. After the hike she told us about other areas to explore which did not disappoint."

"Our first trip to Zion and we wanted to see more than just the canyon. Thanks to Shanti at Wild Utah Tours, we saw more, learned more, experienced more than we ever could on our own. Best thing about the day was the personalization of our experience and the flexibility that Shanti brings to your visit. Plus, she is super fun to be around! Upbeat, funny, knowledgeable. Recommending Wild Utah Tours to everyone coming to Zion."

"As much as we had heard about the area and all there is to do there, when we arrived we would have been overwhelmed and ill-prepared had it not been for Wild Utah Tours. We are so grateful and excited to recommend Wild Utah Tours for giving us an unforgettable experience and setting us up for comfort and down time just right. Truly every detail is considered in their showing you the area, from an exquisite home base Air b n B to a world class tour that Mark provided us, taking us off road and directly to hiking and outdoor areas that kept our 9 and 12 year old and doggie entertained, humbled, full of joy and exhausted by the end. Can't wait to come back!! Thanks again for having us!!!"

"I am a fit 75 year old grandma who visited La Verkin with my 73 year old very fit friend. We had two days of touring with Shanti and Mark Hodges owners of Wild Utah Tours (wildutahtours.com). The tours, and Mark and Shanti were amazing. We had great weather, one warm day shirt sleeve day and one cooler day. Our tours included visiting a secret petrified forest with Vista’s of Zion peaks. Spectacular colors. Also Smith Mesa. The next day we went to rarely visited petroglyph caves, saw giant dinosaur prints in the rocks, and we also hiked down to the Virgin River through Babylon Arch and other spectacular rock formations. The Hodges are so knowledgeable and fun. They were well equipped with Water, snacks and a very comfy car. We had a fun filled few days. We stay in their lovely airbnb and learned that they also rent a lovely trailer that is parked on a mesa ready, if you want an outdoor experience. They told us they are soon planning a Glamping site as well. Don’t miss having them take you to very unpopulated and somewhat unknown sites around Zion, La Verkin and in the state parks in that area.
