"Most Amazing, Beautiful and Incredible Day Ever in some of Utah’s most iconic parks: It’s impossible to convey how awesome this private tour was with Happy Trails. Nate took us for a FULL day private tour of Zion, Bryce, Grand Staircase, Escalante, Red Canyon, Capital Reef, end to end on scenic Route 12 and even an off road trip through two slot canyons. Absolutely amazing. Every turn showed us another beautiful site. And Nate was great, he has extensive knowledge of the parks the park system, the flora and fauna, the people, the history, the surrounding towns. It was very impressive but not overwhelming; his laid back personality put us at ease immediately. It was more like touring with a friend than a tour guide. We never could have found all these sites or covered even half of this scope on our own. If you have an opportunity to do this tour, DO IT...you won’t regret it for a second."

"Celebrated my husband Bill's 65th birthday with Happy Trails Adventure Tours on a private tour. Nate, Brandon, & Allie were fantastic guides and a lot of fun too! They arrived at our hotel at sunrise to pick us up and we hit The Narrows trail. Hiking a slot canyon was a big deal for us. To say we were excited would have been an understatement. Nate taught us about reading the river, best ways to hike through the rocks, and methods to cross safely in the current. In hindsight, we are both glad we used their tour company. We would not have wanted to attempt that on our own. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at a local park, which they provided. Homemade bread, cookies, and honey were provided by the local merchants. Also, we drove up to the Kolab Canyon area. We even got to see the head of the Virgin River! We were wondering where it started and Nate knew the exact location to take us. We learned many things about the sandstone, hoodoos, great local areas to hike/camp and many botanical facts. The views from there were spectacular. We made some new friends with these great people and cannot wait to return. We would highly recommend their tour company to anyone wanting to explore the area. They have many years experience hiking Zion and the surrounding areas. They know how best to avoid the crowds and do it safely. This was important and allowed us to enjoy these areas to the fullest. "Fantastic! The tours we had with Nate made our trip to Southern Utah. He was friendly, knowledgeable, cooperative & responsive to our requests. He was our guide on both outings (Zion & Bryce). See our picture below as we hiked through Red Canyon and Bryce. I would strongly recommend his company and in fact if/when we return to Utah he will be our choice to arrange and guide backcountry and overnight trips. Thanks Happy Trails for a great experience!"

"We took the day tour to Bryce Canyon and had an incredible time. We saw all of the major viewpoints in the park and got in a short hike as well. This is the perfect way to see and experience the parks because they have so much knowledge that is shared and you don't have to fight for parking spots or have any of those headaches. Definitely will do again"
