This kind of misrepresentation and false advertising is what makes regular folks have a negative knee jerk reaction to insurance companies. I'd like to report this to the FL Dept of Financial Services, but said individual will be reassigned or renamed and a new similar bogus way of marketing offered. Appalling. Shame on you.
