Farmers Insurance - Mark Crotty

"Mark responded immediately to my needs and got me set up with a new policy within days. Mark is very knowledgeable about insurance and was very patient listening to all that I needed to tell him to be sure I was getting what I needed. I trust his advice completely. I was with Farmers before and Mark was the same way then, but I left because my rates were raised more than I thought they should. I came back to Farmers because of Mark and because he was always there to help whatever I needed. The other company was not. Prior to calling Mark, I tried a whole week to talk to an agent there but had to leave messages about the problems with the receptionist.... when I finally did get to speak to one on the last day, she not only had other clients in the room with her but had not taken care of any of the problems I had been conveying all week.
